MMMM yummy dip!

I made some dip for the Super Bowl tomorrow. It's SOOO delicious. I have to share my recipe. I am allergic to avocados so I had to make some changes to your "traditional 7-layer".

One layer (one can) refried beans
One layer (one tub, one jar) cream cheese and marinated artichoke hearts
One layer seasoned ground beef
One layer shredded "mexican mix" cheese
One layer Southwest salsa (with black beans and corn)
One layer (one tub) sour cream
One layer sliced olives

Turns out it IS 7 layers! BUT WAY YUMMIER!!!

I want to eat it now. Must. Wait.

John will be SOO excited! He told me he is perfectly willing to make dinner tonight as long as I am prepared to have queso for dinner. I will tell him there is some good dip waiting for us!! :)a
